4 Minutes of Hell – Kettlebell Workout
So, I was looking for another short but effective workout for toning, building muscle and burning fat when I came across this video.
Just need a 1 or 2 kettlebells, depending on your weight preference.
I've tried it. It's just 4 minutes..but it hurts man, in a good way
