Binge #15, Weigh In And 100 Swings
Binge morning weigh in: 86.9kg.
It’s been a long way from 93.3kg back at the start of the year…fantastic!
Finally had some proper garlic shrimp pasta! The one I had 2 weeks ago at Pastamania was shit. Yes yes…should’av known better then to go there. Lesson double learnt.
Did my first 100 swings on a 16kg kettlebell the day before yesterday. Quite an experience =D
I’ve a friend’s wedding coming up on 2nd May..which is in 2 weeks time. I’ve decided to do 100x swings 5 times a week for the next 2 weeks, ideally it should be monday to friday, leaving saturday and sunday to rest.
Let’s see what happens =)
