Dr Oz Raves about The Four Hour Body

213

Dr Oz interviews Tim Ferris, the author of The Four Hour Body.

Now, I’m sure that you’ve heard a few critics who’ve knocked Tim and said that a lot of his assertions were based on myth and a little bit of hocus pocus.

Let’s put it this way…

If there are results, do we need to understand it before applying?

Must the caveman know that cooking is an oxidation process before they can cook? And anyway, really, it’s not like the book was entirely baseless, it has lots of big names, references to existing research and, most uniquely, personal experimental results to stand behind the claims.

Fortunately, there are people who are willing to look at things with an open mind.

What intrigues me most of all is the fact that Dr Oz and his team of researchers actually agree with the claims from the book!
